I didn't get these two, but in Catalog settings you might want to define 
the source code encoding to UTF-8.

When you look at the detail of the error it points to a line number, I 
notice that the number is always a off by a few. In your case the line 
which has a problem is line 4455 with the English text of "%s user 
deleted" and the problem is that the German translation did not have the 
"%s".
