It is not imperative to use those keypad combinations as shotcuts. As the  
title says:
"Shortcut customization"

Above are just (adjusted) examples and suggestions from Trados. My basic  
request goes toward:
- customization
- added functions

I would like to have those functions AND the ability to customize keypad  
combinations assigned to those functions.
If customization is availabe, you can assign whatever keys you like :)
