You have a point here... It's not always that bad, but it's frequent 
enough. OTOH, TM results are always only an approximation that needs 
proof-reading.

This one is just plain old online dictionary, not TM unlike 
open-tran.eu, so support for it would fall into the second suggestion 
(i.e. you could either configure Poedit manually to use it as online 
dict or you could use the dictionary service to select it 
automatically and possibly keep a copy for offline use).

Unfortunately I couldn't find any contact to the person behind it and 
it doesn't seem there's readily available API for accessing it :-(

Poedit would download the TM to local storage, so it would be _much_ 
faster (open-tran.eu is noticeable slower than other sites for me and 
even without that, remove access is always much slower).

Re metadata: I assumed the need to include them, although for 
different reasons (e.g. ability to request removal from TM, filtering 
known bad translations).
