[poedit-users] case is always sensitive for some Unicode characters

In my language (Romanian) there are two characters that are outside any Windows codepage: Ș/ș and Ț/ț (0x0218 ... 0x021B). When searching a string that contains any of them, the case must match, or it does not find the string. Or it only find those strings that happen to contain the case similar form the search box. ??
