Got it!  This should really be somewhere in the GUI, IMO.

But... on WinXP it only works with the dedicated up/down buttons, not 
the dedicated pgup and pgdn buttons, and not the shared up/down and 
pgup/pgdn ones on the numberpad either (regardless of whether NumLock is 
enabled).
