In fact, do you have an objection to making Ctrl+Enter for "next"?  The 
advantage is that it requires just one hand for most keyboard layouts, 
whereas Ctrl+arrow usually requires two hands (and sometimes a glance at 
the keyboard too).  It doesn't solve the problem of "previous", though.
