Something is wrong in line 211 of your de_DE.po file.

If you can't figure out show us the original and the translation string 
you have for that entry.

In Python when I screw up things link the following I get similar error 
messages.

Org: %(title)s [only %(count)d item]
Translation: %(title)s [only %(count)s item]

I.e. "%(count)s" should be "%(count)d"
