[pollo-dev] ID and IDREF

Pollo is great!

I would like to make some suggestions:

When editing an attribute that is an ID - check for uniqueness
When editing an attribute that is an IDREF - change control to dropdown with
all ID node from document.

When displaying a tag with attributes place the attribute that is an ID
first in the list or even highlight it to some extent.
