cannot get pollo running under windows

Hello!

There are two problems with the pollo.bat:

(1) linefeeds are not in DOS-format (the second command java
    is therefore on the same line and you'll get a syntax error)

(2) i've changed that, but java says
    "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/outerj/pollo/Pollo"
    But the classpath seems to be correct... maybe the classpath should be
    added to the java command (java -classpath=...).
    On older windows systems [like mine :(] the environment variables
    dont get set properly for all shells - might be related to that.
