RE: Unable to open source file

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for the help. I tried to unzip the file using the gzip utility on =
a Linux machine. It produced a file "pollo-0.4-src". I am not able to =
untar this file or view the contents in a text editor. I get the same =
problem I was facing earlier. When I try to untar pollo-0.4-src, I get a =
list of errors saying

tar: cannot open pollo-0.4-src/conf/displayspec Not a directory
tar: cannot open pollo-0.4-src/conf Not a directory
tar: cannot open pollo-0.4-src/conf Not a directory


If possible, can you please pass me the source code in zip format.

I searched the project page of pollo for the documentation of the =
project. There was a "Docs" link, but the page was empty. It did not =
contain any documenation. The "Files" link only contain the binary and =
source files. Can you please point me the exact location where the docs =
are located. It would be great help.

I suspect you didn't correctly extract the file. It is not a zip file,
but a gzipped tar file. You'll need the GNU gzip and tar utilities to
extract it, or other tools that support extracting those kind of files.
Winzip can do this also.

After correctly extracting the file, you'll get a whole bunch of normal
text files.
