When I runs 'pollo.sh' I have this  :=20

I don't know why the 'pollo.sh' script is trying to include
'<my-prefix>/pollo-0.4-bin/build' in the CLASSPATH !!! there
is no 'build' directory under 'pollo-0.4-bin' ...

Usually Pollo should be started using the pollo.sh script, or if that
doesn't work on your platform, using the equivalent commands of what is
contained therein. So don't use the -jar option but specify the class =
name
(and also the endorsed library path).
