release 0.3.6

Hi all,

yesterday I put up a new release of Pollo.

Nothing much changed to the core of Pollo in this release, the main
reason for releasing it was that we've been getting lots of reports from
Windows 98 users lately, who had problems with the pollo.bat

New things are:
 - some basic search functionality in text mode, contributed by Roger
Martin
 - a seperate application for editing display specification files. This
is a small toy project I wrote in a couple of hours, just to get warmed
up again on swing programming. But it's useful anyhow.
