Extract of 0.3.5 und 0.3.6

Dear Sir or Madam

I would like to try the XML editor pollo. However I am not able to use the
program.
ALthough WINZIP shows the contents of the ~.bin.zip file after extracting
the files have a size of  0 byte.

Do you have an idea what the problem could be.
There is enough space left on the filesystem.
