Hello,

I used the jar command on UNIX to extract the zip-file and it worked.
I packed a tar file and put it back to Windows plattform.
Now I can use pollo on Windows.

Very strange, first time I heard of that.

Maybe you could try extracting the file using the jar utility (which is
part of the Java JDK):

jar xvf <filename>

and see if that works.

Are there any other people on the list who are experiencing this
problem?
