moved to xerces 2

I've committed the changes for xerces 2 in cvs. It was very little work
after all. The version of xerces used is one from today (16/8/2002),
because I couldn't build the 2.02 with dom level 3 support. Anyway,
looks like the offical xerces 2.1 release is for next week or so, so it
is probably quite stable.

DTD's referenced in the DOCTYPE are now not loaded anymore. Also, entity
references are not expanded anymore, meaning that nodes are created for
them in the DOM, but these are not yet rendered in the tree view.
Shouldn't be much work either, I'll look into it asap.
