qemacs commit noise

Hi everybody,

I am committing a lot of cosmetic changes to qemacs right now, consisting mostly
in white space changes (untabification, coding rules, breaking long lines...).
The Savannah folks have not responded to our demands to cut on the cvs commit
email noise by adding diff -wB flags...
