New user support list

Hi all,
this is to let you know that there is a new user support mail list set up to:
1) Answer questions
2) Keep you up with the latest developments
3) Help you to be more productive with Quanta

- CVS HEAD (KDE::quanta) now has a very fast parser
- CVS HEAD has a full tagmxl DTD implementation
- We will be releasing docs and tutorials soon for Kommander, the dialog 
builder and script controller
- New DCOP calls to support Kommander and Plugins like the upcoming 
KImageMapEditor plugin are going into CVS now

More exciting announcements are expected for next week. Please keep discussion 
on the user list as this list is not regularly monitored. It is primarily for 
us to announce with.
