It indeed cam, I just tested with Ctrl+Shift+PageUp/Down adding the
following to the user.shortcuts in my SciTEuser.properties:

Ctrl+Shift+PageUp|IDM_MOVETABLEFT|\
Ctrl+Shift+PageDown|IDM_MOVETABRIGHT|
