Re: dark theme

Yes, I'm pretty sure that has also been the intended behaviour since day
dot to use config files to manage user settings.
This is why I have my own dot files as a git repository to make carrying my
own settings from one machine to another as easy as possible.
As an avid user of the editor, I prefer it this way because I can do things
like make a theme manager for SciTE

kind of configuration system is beautifully simple and effective.
