There is a single-file version of SciTE meant to be easy to copy and use which includes all the distributed properties inside the executable. It's generically called Sc1 but commonly has the version number in its name so will be called something like Sc532.exe. Embedded.properties is the result of merging all the distributed properties which then gets placed in Sc1.
