Upcoming release

 New versions of Lexilla (5.2.7), Scintilla (5.3.7), and SciTE (5.3.8) will 
be released in a few days - likely 22nd. 

This release contains fixes and features for Lexilla, Scintilla, and SciTE. 
Lexilla sees changes to Bash, F#, and HTML.
