Dark UI mode hacked into SciTE for Win 10/11

Hi Neil, hi list,

since there are more and more vampire coders who can't stand light 
(UIs), I recently hacked full dark UI mode into SciTE for Windows 10/11, 
and I thought I'd share the result with you:

Since for now it's only a proof of concept, I don't have any patches 
yet. Let me know if you would be interested into something like this at all.
