TeXmacs 1.99.15

Dear all,

I am please to announce the release of TeXmacs 1.99.15.
Besides yet more bug fixes, the new version comes with
increased functionality for reference and citation management.

By selecting the 'preview-ref' package (e.g. in Document ->
Style -> Add package -> Utilities), you may see a preview of
the reference and citation targets.

When posititioning your cursor just behind a label, reference, 
or citation, there is a new menu 'Focus -> Search' for tracking 
errors (broken references, duplicate labels, ...) and
for quickly moving to other labels/references/citations
associated to the same key.

Talking about references, note that you may cite
"The Jolly Writer" (https://www.scypress.com/book_info.html)
using the 'Focus -> Cite TeXmacs' menu (assuming that 
the focus is on the entire document).
Please consider doing so; it costs you nothing,
and it will help TeXmacs a lot.
