Completion Framework for TeXmacs

Hello all,

Couple questions.

Is there anything for TeXmacs that works in an analogous way to Ivy/Helm from emacs?

Also, when editing a scheme file, is it possible to evaluate parts of it, like one would do with C-x C-e from emacs?
