Dear Joris and Massimiliano,

Thanks for your help. The Insert -> Fold -> Executable -> Tikz menu
item is now working.

As I reported in my last message, I changed the permission of
/Applications/TeXmacs.app/Contents/Resources/share/TeXmacs/plugins/tmpy/session/tm_tikz.py
to 755.

That didn't do it.

But then I rebooted my computer. Now the menu item appeared.

I am still puzzled because there are other launchers
such as tm_sage.py that have permission 644 but that
*does* appear in the Insert -> Fold -> Executable menu.
Why is that if it was a permission problem?
