Copying tex and latex code from emacs to texmacs

From the user point of view, it is a cumbersome way to do it.  Am not aware of an easy way to convert texinfo files to tex files.  Customarily one converts texinfo files to dvi, html, info, pdf, or xml.  This is because texinfo is about producing manuals for Gnu Packages.
