Re: Darcy's plan for the next release of GNU TeXmacs 2.1

Plan 1 and Plan 2 are completed now. Plan 3 is a long term plan.



For the next release, one more plan:



Make S7 Scheme work perfectly with GNU TeXmacs!



Detailed tasks are:

1. Deprecate Guile-only functions for the Scheme code base

2. A Clean S7 Integration Pull Request

    - with S7, it works fine

    - with GNU Guile 1.8, it works fine

Plan 1: Convert default_cjk_font from C++ to Scheme code



Pros: make it easier to tune the default font for CJK.
