Sync from Savannah to Github has been fixed

The sync from Savannah to Github has been fixed (at least, I've synced manually just now).



It is broken because lizabelos and lecerf are missing from the file which is maintaining the mapping between SVN authors and Git authors.



I found the github account of lizabelos and her Github related email via cloning one of her project, that's why lizabelos is correctly linked on Github. But for lecerf, I didn't find his github account, that's why lecerf is not linked correctly on Github.
