Re: Blank pages

Hi Richard,

please try the macros which you find in this message: you have to insert 
part 2 manually, by typing in the macro \part-p2.

I have tested the table of contents (ok in my test), the label-reference 
mechanism (ok in my test), and the numbering of sections. The numbering 
of sections starts again from 1 with each new chapter, regardless of the 
part. I did not investigate further, but it may be correct.
