How to prepend chapter number to section numbers

Hello

I am using course template, and get numbering like this

2 Chapter
1 Section
1.1 Subsection

but I would like prepend chapter numbers like this

2 Chapter
2.1 Section
2.1.1 Subsection

I have attached an example file.

Can you show how to get this style ?
