Problem with footnote without reference

Dear All,

I have an issue to write a foot note WITHOUT REFERENCE at the bottom of 
the first page.

I mean by this just to write some key words at the bottom of the first 
page without refernce numer at some part of the firs page. Is this 
possible with texmacs?
