Remove name from pdf

Hello

When I export to pdf, my name is stored in the pdf. E.g., name shows in 

Preview —> Tools —> Show Inspector

I have tried to remove my name from

Document —> Metadata

and then export pdf, but name is still exported into the pdf.

Also, removing my name from metadata does not stick, it still adds it back to the tm file.

Anybody know how to not include my name into the tm and exported pdf files.
