shortcut for fold/unfold

hello
when my cursor is inside a fold 
i only have the point & click for fold/unfold
as i do this very often, it could be very useful to have a shorcut for that
does such a shortcut still exist ?
if not can i create such shortcut with my-init-texmacs ?
