Re: TeXmacs 2.5.1 Linux/flatpak directory problem

Okay, I was able to fix my problem as follows.

First, I had flatpak install flatseal, which enables flatpak application 
sandbox permissions to be modified on a per application basis.

Second, I ran flatseal and selected TeXmacs and allowed access to all 
user files.

Normality is resumed!
