It turns out that this case was just a mistake, probably due to a confusion between "TeXmacs" (ranked at T) and "GNU TeXmacs" (ranked at G). TeXmacs does belong to the list of authorized software for national exams in France for students with disabilities. Best wishes, Grégoire
