[vim/vim] Fix :set pumopt command-line completion. (PR #20910)

**Problem:**  Incorrect completion of values of pumopt sub-options.
**Solution:** Offer completions relevant to the specific pumopt sub‑option being completed. (Previously sub-option _names_ were considered as possible completions for sub-option _values_.)
