Re: [vim/vim] tests: two terminal tests in test_popupwin fail on FreeBSD (after 9.2.0757) (PR #20957)

Confirmed on FreeBSD. Applied cf8bca7e on top of 8c93e2d5 and ran the full
suite in a VM on both releases:

    freebsd 14.4   Executed: 7718 Tests, no failures
    freebsd 15.1   Executed: 7718 Tests, no failures

Both tests execute and pass, no TEST FAILURE, and nothing exhausts the
flaky retries. Before the change they failed all five attempts with
Expected 'x' but got 'xx'.

Unrelated, from running this a few times: Test_termwinscroll failed all
five retries once on 15.1 and passed on the other two runs, so it looks
intermittently flaky there rather than broken.
