In GTK3 gvim (Huge), my 'guicursor' option is set to the default, and the cursor doesn't blink. I don't know how long this has been the case. The help for 'guicursor' says that blinking is enabled by default. In Firefox-nightly 155.0a1, which according to its "about:buildconfig" page (at bottom) is also built with GTK3, the cursor blinks a few times after I move it then stops blinking. In gvim (Normal) with Motif and the same (default) 'guicursor' the cursor blinks as expected. All my Vim executables are at the moment at patchlevel 9.2.933, built with gcc 10.1.1 on openSUSE Tumbleweed. Best regards, Tony. -- -- You received this message from the "vim_dev" maillist.
