Re: The cursor blinks again, but I can't tweak it

Tested 9.2.956 gtk3 wl,x11 they seem identical with this caveat:

I noticed a hiccup that was consistent a few seconds after startup or after 
setting guicursor, however after that consistent. I'm looking into that.
