[vim/vim] vim9: initialize a closure of class' method cause "Internal error" (Issue #21069)

mao-yining created an issue (vim/vim#21069)

### Steps to reproduce

```vim
vim9script

class C
	def F()
	enddef
	var A = () => this.F()
endclass
C.new()
```

### Expected behaviour

It would be best if it could be supported; if not, it should at least throw an error.

### Version of Vim

9.2.958

### Environment

MS-Windows
