[vim/vim] Incorrect digraph value of *x? (Discussion #21077)

I accidentally used *x as a digraph when I meant *X, and this produced a small chi (χ). But according to [RFC 1345](https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc1345/), a small chi should result only from the x* digraph, not *x, right?
