Seeking an **Accessibility Compliance Reports (ACR) or Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)** documenting Section 508 Compliance for Vim (9.x).

Several work environments require [Section 508 compliance](https://www.section508.gov/) by software, ensuring it is usable and accessible by all people.  


**Describe the solution you'd like**
While I am certain Vim is flexible and robust software which is already used by all people, this issue is checking what documentation exists, or what documentation may be contributed.
