Hello, Today I wanted to create an account at vim.org to upload a plugin I made. But I am stopped by this message upon sending a request to create an account: POST has been used more than 500 times within 5 hours. Assuming bot attack. Retry again later. If you continue having trouble write to the mailing list. Someone in the IRC suggested to use a different IP but In my country the ISPs dont change IPs so frequently.
