Issue Subscribing to Vim Mailing List

Hi,

I recently attempted to subscribe to the Vim mailing lists by sending an 
empty email to <[email protected]>, but I haven't received any response.

From my mail logs, it appears the subscription request was directed to an 
MX server at "jail.42.org", where the transmission fails with the message: *"a 
TLS session is required, but the server did not offer TLS support."*

I'm not certain whether this issue lies with my email provider or if 
there's a misconfiguration on the receiving end. I've since opted to follow 
the discussions via Google Groups in my browser, but I wanted to bring this 
to your attention in case it’s something you'd like to look into.
