I do want all designed functionality. Can you remove those manual entries, uninstall the existing installation and please try to run the *latest* release as admin user? If this doesn't work, I am not sure what is wrong on your system. As I said it works fine on two of my Win11 systems. If it still doesn't work, try to run the x86 installer instead. It should also work.
