Try
   
   syntax match MyPages /\<p\d\+\%(-\d\+\)\=\>/ contains=@NoSpell

This would work for an existing buffer, to (auto)apply it, let's assume 
you're in filetype=text

augroup NoSpellPages
    au!
    au Filetype text syntax match MyPages /\<p\d\+\%(-\d\+\)\=\>/ 
contains=@NoSpell
augroup END
