Vim installer for Windows is 3 weeks old

Looking at  vim installer for Windows: 
https://github.com/vim/vim-win32-installer/releases and I see last version 
is v9.1.2022 which is 3 weeks old.

Is there intentional that vim installer is not updated with fresh updates 
to main github.com/vim/vim repository?
