We also have X-Analysis 13.2.11 installed.  I'm pretty sure you need to upgrade XA to 13.4 in order to use their plugin with 9.8.  That is what I recall when I read the XA upgrade instructions.

We have X-Analysis (XA) 13.2.12 installed with RDi 9.6. We're now working
on upgrading to RDi 9.8. We can't get XA to show up in RDi 9.8.
Originally we installed the XA MSI, and then RDi 9.6 had the XA
perspective. RDi 9.8 doesn't have the XA perspective. I tried to install
the XA MSI again, but it told me it was already installed. I tried both
the Modify and Repair install options, but RDi 9.8 still doesn't have the
perspective.

Has anyone done this before?
