Hey Mike, can you expand on this? What does whitelisting do to prevent this error? This is likely something that your IT has to do for you but it seems to have worked for all the instances that I know of. Similarly for 9.6 but I don't expect a fix for it as it will be going out of support in a couple of months I think.
