Daniel is correct. I asked this question years ago to IBM and was told, install as many times as you like (for just yourself) but sign on only one at a time and you do not violate the license. It is a single use license, not a single install license.  I shall assume it is still the same these days.

This definitely sounds like you are using an activation kit - so can technically simply install on the new machine. 

AFAIK you are not allowed to run both installations at the same time.
